• Black Diamond Lodge
  Black Diamond Lodge is located adjacent to Deer Valley's® Snow Park Lodge and immediately east of the Burns chairlift. Construction commenced in May of 2000 and was completed in Fall 2002. The Lodge consists of twenty-seven luxury residential condominiums enhanced by provision for onsite management (lodging check-in and service), lobby, fitness center, ski locker room and change room and conference area with catering kitchen. Parking is underground. The project is accessed from Deer Valley Drive between Snow Park Lodge and Powder Run Condominiums.
   

• The Chateaux at Silver Lake
  The Chateaux at Silver Lake is located in Silver Lake Village at mid-mountain Deer Valley® Resort Resort. The Chateaux is an elegant full-service condominium resort consisting of sixty-five luxury residential condominiums, together with lobby, restaurant, shops, pool, and conference and convention facilities. Phases I and II (total of 46 residential units) and all of the public facilities are complete. Phase III (19 units) is projected for construction in 2003.
   

• BelleArbor
  BelleArbor is located in North Silver Lake with ski access from the Silver Dollar ski trail and is the final in a series of luxury residential developments that include the previous Bellevue and Bellemont projects. BelleArbor consists of 12 freestanding residences and an additional 9 townhomes in triplex configuration. Construction commenced on BelleArbor in May 2000 and is ongoing in phases.
   

• The Lodges at Deer Valley® Resort
  Six lodges around a central common area ultimately make up The Lodges, a 125-unit residential condominium development located at 2900 Deer Valley® Drive. Previously completed are eighty-five residential units in three lodges and the core common area of the project. Central project facilities include lobby, 7000 square feet of conference space with catering kitchen, fitness center, pool, hot tub and sports shop.
   

• Stein Eriksen Lodge (Phase III)
  The third and final phase of the Stein Eriksen Lodge is now complete. Phase III consists of eleven luxury residential units, together with a new arrival center, conference area, a spa and ski lockers for the renowned Lodge. Stein Eriksen Lodge is located at 7700 Stein Way in Silver Lake Village at mid-mountain Deer Valley® Resort.
  
   

• Trail's End Lodge
  Trail's End Lodge is the final phase of Trail's End at Deer Valley® Resort, a 35-unit condominium development located adjacent to Deer Valley® Resort's Snow Park Lodge. Trail's End Lodge combines a perfect ski-in ski-out location and superbly designed residences with a full range of hotel services including bell staff, concierge, and in-town transportation. Amenities include front desk, fitness center, swimming pool, ski lockers, and the Aspen Room where a continental breakfast and apres ski are provided daily by the staff. • Deer Crest Village
  Construction recently commenced on the Deer Crest Resort Hotel and Condominiums located between Black Diamond Lodge and Powder Run Condominiums and at Roosevelt Gap. The master plan for the remainder of Deer Crest includes condominiums, restaurants, shops and additional skier services at the JordanelleGondola and condominium development at the base of the Deer Hollow ski lift.
   

• Red Stag Lodge
  Red Stag Lodge is a condominium inn located on Deer Valley® Resort Drive between Powder Run Condominiums and Comstock Lodge. The inn contains 11 condominium apartments divisible into large hotel rooms and one and two bedroom suites (23 keys). Public space includes two conference rooms, a dining facility, pool, spa with lap pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, weight room and a library. The project was completed in fall, 2002.
   

• North Silver Lake Lodge
  North Silver Lake Lodge is a 53 unit luxury condominium project desgined with full service and 14,500 square feet of commercial area including restaurant and spa adjacent to the Last Chance and Silver Dollar ski runs. The project was approved by the Park City Planning Commission in December of 2001. Construction commenced in summer, 2002.
   

• Inn At Silver Lake
  The Inn At Silver Lake is an eight unit luxury residential condominium project located in Silver Lake Village, mid-mountain at Deer Valley® Resort. The project is designed to include security, butler and butler's quarters, ski locker room and spa. Construction commenced in summer, 2002 and is projected to be completed in late 2003.
   

• Flagstaff Mountain Resort
  Flagstaff Mountain Resort is a 500+ multi-year project located on Flagstaff Mountain and Empire Canyon in Deer Valley® Resort, consisting of single family homesites, PUD, townhome and condominium units and retail. Infrastructure construction has occured in 2000 and 2001 and project development commenced in 2002.

Deer Valley® Resort History

Silver mining activities in the Park City area date back to the late 1860's. By 1880, Park City had grown to a sizable population of over 10,000 people. Although the great fire of 1898 destroyed over 200 houses and businesses, the town was rebuilt and many of the buildings now seen on Main Street date from that time.
